SmaartAlgos (operated by Vansh Associates, 43, Ambanagar, Manewada, Besa Road, Nagpur – 440027, Maharashtra, India) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect when you use https://smaartalgos.com, buy our products or contact us, and how we use and protect it, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable Indian laws.

2. Data we collect

• Contact details you provide — name, phone/WhatsApp number, email, country — through enquiry forms, checkout, WhatsApp, chat or email.
• Order details — products purchased, plan, amount, order ID, transaction reference, payment status, referral code used.
• Refer & Earn partners — name, WhatsApp number, UPI ID and email, to verify and pay commissions.
• Licence & support data — licence keys, trading-account number (for account-locked licences), platform details and support conversations.
• Technical data — basic browser/device information and preferences stored on your device (see Section 6).

Payment data: card, UPI and net-banking details are processed directly by our payment partners (such as Razorpay) on their secure systems. We do not see or store your full card, UPI PIN or banking credentials.

3. How we use your data

• To process orders, verify payments and deliver e-books, software, licence keys and download links.
• To provide setup help, customer support and respond to enquiries.
• To run the Refer & Earn programme and pay commissions.
• To send important service messages (order confirmation, delivery, updates to purchased products).
• To send offers or newsletters only with your consent — you can opt out anytime.
• To prevent fraud, licence misuse and to comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations.

4. Sharing of data

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers needed to run our business, such as:

• Payment gateways (e.g. Razorpay) and banks — to process payments and refunds;
• Hosting and infrastructure (e.g. Cloudflare) — to run the Website and deliver files;
• Communication tools (e.g. WhatsApp, email services) — to deliver products and support;
• Government or law-enforcement authorities — when required by law.

5. Data retention

We keep order and invoice records for as long as required under Indian tax and accounting laws, and other personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

6. Cookies, local storage & third-party widgets

• We store small preferences in your browser's local storage: selected currency, cached exchange rates, the referral code you arrived with (for up to 30 days) and chat-hint display. These are not used for advertising.
• Exchange rates are fetched from a public currency-rate service; a market chart widget may be loaded from TradingView, which may set its own cookies under its privacy policy.
• You can clear local storage and cookies anytime from your browser settings.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards — HTTPS encryption, restricted access and trusted providers — to protect your data. No online system is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify affected users and authorities of a personal-data breach as required by law.

Under the DPDP Act, 2023 you may: access a summary of your personal data; request correction or updating; request erasure (subject to legal retention requirements); withdraw consent for marketing; nominate another person to exercise your rights; and raise a grievance. Our products are meant for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
