Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Digital delivery only — no physical shipping

All SmaartAlgos products are digital. We do not ship any physical goods, so there are no shipping charges and no courier delivery. Products are delivered electronically to the WhatsApp number and/or email address you provide at the time of purchase.

• Delivery starts after your payment is successfully verified.
• During support hours (Monday – Saturday, 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM IST), orders are usually delivered within 30 minutes.
• Orders placed outside support hours are delivered in the next support session.
• In all cases, we aim to deliver within 24 hours of payment verification.
• Where automatic delivery is available, the download link is shown immediately after payment and also sent by email.

4. Activation & setup support

For software and EAs, our team helps with installation and activation over WhatsApp / remote support (e.g. AnyDesk) during support hours. Please make sure you meet the stated system requirements (MetaTrader version, internet connection, VPS where recommended).

5. Download links

For security, download links may expire after a limited time or number of downloads. If your link expires, contact us with your order ID and we will re-send it.

6. Not received your product?

1. Check your WhatsApp chats, email inbox and spam/promotions folder.
2. Make sure the phone number and email entered at checkout were correct.
3. If not received within 24 hours of payment, contact us with your order ID and payment reference — we will deliver promptly or refund as per our Refund Policy.
